5. Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment must be made at the time of purchase through our accepted payment methods. Orders are subject to product availability and payment verification.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging with tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us. The following items are non-returnable:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Intimate apparel and accessories for hygiene reasons

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
